Lawn Mushroom

An evening photograph of a solitary mushroom growing in my lawn after all of the spring rain we’ve received. Although I’m not sure, I believe it may be a chlorophyllum molybdites which is known to be a poisonous mushroom that is most frequently eaten in North America.

This photo was taken with a Canon EOS 70D at 55mm on May 9, 2017.
